Yes, we did manage to start last Friday's practice early and it went well! This week we are back to our regular place, regular time, Polish Home at 8:30PM. Those that can arrive a little early, we will be setting up the picnic grove for the season. If you can, please join us!

If you who have not done so already, please bring the Lowicz costumes from the Czestochowa performance.

We were asked to to another performance this summer. The event is a birthday party and it takes place in Bensalem on Saturday, July 17. Please let me know on Friday if you can make it.

Last Friday's Nominations for the 2010 - 2011 year were postponed to this Friday. Feel free to submit your candidacy till then! Elections will take place on Friday, June 4.

Everyone is invited to attend this year's Polish Harcerze picnic. It will take place at Polanka on Sunday, June 6, from 1 - 10PM. There will be many activities, including music by DJ Joe Narodowski, plus delicious Polish cuisine! Cost of entry is $15 (kids under 14 are free). In order to be prepared for the hour-long Baltimore show, additional dance practice was scheduled for Wednesday, May 26. More details at practice.

Thanks go out to Cynthia Krakowiak who has graciously volunteered to fix up our costumes! She already took care of our two worst ones, the pants with the "extra ventilation".... Plus, she agreed to make a few more pairs from the fabrics she and I purchased today. Cynthia and her mom are doing all they can to make us look good - thanks!

Congratulations go out to the newest PKM couple to tie the knot! Grzesiu and Sylwia got married on Saturday! Grzesiu has been with PKM for some years now and Sylwia joined us last fall. The reception was attended by many PKM'ers and of course lasted till dawn! We wish the newlyweds Sto Lat!
