We had a great practice last Friday - just about finished the Stara Warszawa revival. That is a fun one!
After the practice, we held the long awaited PKM meeting. All items on the agenda were addressed, with highlights below:
1. Newly appointed Secretary, Andrew Wisniewski
In his capacity, he will be taking notes at all meetings and keeping a written history of PKM's activities
2. Decided to start holding bi-monthly meetings, starting with January 15
3. Costumes, will start taking physical inventory on Jan 8
4. PKM Lounge, architectual proposal will be presented at next practice (12/11) and will proceed
to develop estimates (cost, time), after geting final Polish Home approval
5. Appointed Rich Klimek as the Chairman of PKM 100th Anniversary Committee. PKM was started on May 15, 1915.
6. PKM Wigilia selected for Dec 18, but will be moved to Dec 19 (due to availability), menu started
This Friday we will wrap up our Rzeszow program. Stas will be joinnig us on Friday to polish up our technique and work on the stage exit for that suite. Also, we will bring down our Rzeszow costumes and see which ones fit and how well:) Time permitting, we will dance the suite in costume!
